Frequently Asked Questions
Most massages focus more on making you feel good while you’re on the table but make little difference once you go back home. We aim to provide lasting results far after you've gone home after your session. We will treat one section of the body per session and don’t limit ourselves to just face up for facedown. This will be much more of a rehabilitation type of work rather than relaxation.
Depending on the area of the body we work on determines what you will need to wear. For example: if we work on the lower back, hips, and legs you can keep your shirt on almost the entire session and go down to either your underwear or runner shorts. As long as we are able to easily move the clothing when requested the majority of your clothing stays on almost the entire session.
No more than 5 minutes is fine. Any sooner and we may not be ready and won't be able to allow you to enter the office.
We do NOT accept insurance but we DO accept HSA. That doesn’t always mean that the transactions will be approved. It is always recommended that you call your HSA provider and check if they will honor it prior to using it to pay for your sessions. Receipts can always be provided via email.
